In John 9 we read a story about a blind man that had been in that state from the time of his birth. When Jesus and the disciples came upon him the disciples asked Jesus a question, who did sin, him or his parents that caused this to happen to this man. Jesus replied neither of them but this man was born this way that the works of God could be manifest in him. The Disciples eyes were on the problem, Jesus saw an opportunity to bring God glory for his marvelous works. If we are not careful we will find ourselves looking through the same eyes the disciples did in stead of the eyes of Jesus. We should be looking at the wrongs we see around us as an opportunity to bring God glory and if we would do that then we would focus more on keeping our relationship with the Lord what it should be that the Power of God could be revealed through us to a lost and dying world.
