Meat for the Masters Use

Luke 6:41 says And why beholdest the mote that is in thy brothers eye but perceivest not the beam that is in thine own eye? 42 Either how can thou say to thy brother, brother let me pull out the mote that is in thine eye when thou beholdest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of thine own eye, and then shalt thou see clearly to pull out the mote that is in thy brothers eye.

This should be the goal of every believer that we allow the process of being sanctified to be able to get to a place that we can minister to people effectively as the Lord puts them in our path. The Lord is telling us here that we need to get our lives in order and then help others find there way. Some people say we have no right to judge but this implies that as the scriptures says, judgement must begin in the house of the Lord, (1st Peter 4:17), we must judge between right and wrong, apply truth to our own lives and then we are commanded to help others find there way after we have found it ourselves. We need to allow the Lord to help us get the beam out of our own eyes and then teach others from the lessons we have learned.
